With the support of Ras Al Khaimah Department of Economic Development (RAK DED) MEDIGO, a Berlin-based medical tourism startup has launched operations in the Emirate. Medigo is a healthcare connector, arranging higher quality care, shorter waiting times, and affordable treatment through its global network. The company inaugurated its MENA region office in Ras Al Khaimah in collaboration with RAK DED and RAK Incubator and Accelerator, which work to build a practical ecosystem for startups in Ras Al Khaimah.

MEDIGO improves access to healthcare for people everywhere. It is an easy to use digital platform and service that helps patients to get medical second opinions and to schedule affordable, high quality medical treatment abroad. The MEDIGO network has more than 800 hospitals and clinics in 35 countries, thousands of expert doctors, and a dedicated 24/7 Care Team, to support patients.
