Guests can savor on the distinct aroma and eloquent earthy flavorof theWhite Truffle delicacy with a limited time three-course set menu that includes; a special homemade bread selection with a Truffle dip, Foie Gras tasting with a date and Champagne jelly, pan-seared seabass with purple potatoes, rock crab and jalapeno scented corn, reverse-seared USDA prime tenderloin with charred broccolini and Truffle butter and a Truffle chocolate soufflé to name a few.
