Manar Mall, one the most visited shopping and leisure destination in Ras Al Khaimah, is celebrating RAK FITNESS MONTH and has partnered with GymNation for an array of fitness classes.

Being held at Manar Mall Promenade, the premier waterfront lifestyle and leisure destination, residents and visitors are invitedtojoin the 45-minute classes every Friday and Saturday between 6pm-9pm. Classes start Friday, October 8 and run until Saturday, October 23, 2021 and are complimentary for all participants.

Activities will include Zumba- to improve cardiovascular fitness whilst dancing; RPM- a group indoor cycling workout to control intensity;  BodyPump- a barbell workout to get lean, toned, and fit; BodyCombat- a great cardiovascular exercise that helps to burn fat and release stress; JumpNation- a state-of-the-art trampolines for a low-impact class; BollyNation- which is GymNation’s own energetic and fun Bollywood Fitness Class and finally BodyBalanc- a yoga-based class that will improve mind and body balance.

All activities will be held with strict adherence to thesafetyprotocols mandated by UAE government and Department of Economic Development of Ras Al Khaimah to ensure the protection and well-being of visitors.
