As part of its commitment to keep up with the fortieth UAE anniversary celebrations, The Ministry of Labor in the UAE sustained spreading the joy and happiness and giving more of the festive atmosphere that prevailed in the state these days, through its offices spread across the UAE. On this occasion the great work of Ras Al Khaimah’s Office Department of Labor, organized art & traditional events which embodied the spirit of the Union in cooperation with the Ministry of Social Affairs.

Many official entities participated in the event such as the music military band of the Police General Command of Ras Al Khaimah, and Qasmiyeh of Benin school, and the Social Development Office of the Ministry of Social Affairs (traditional food section), and the Association of Ras Al Khaimah for arts & rowing (diving section). Aiming to involve all segments of society, Ras Al Khaimah Office Department of Labor made sure to organize a visit to Ras Al Khaimah disabled Centre as well.

The events included the union operetta presented by the "Al Toufoula Al Moushrika Nursery," where the operetta lyrics and music revealed the love of the homeland and embodied the story of the Union and how it was created, also included a traditional fashion show presented by a group of children. Al Geel Center also participated in presenting popular dances such as Youla and Al Razeef.

Moreover, the Writers Union of the UAE (Ras Al Khaimah) established a poetry session under the title of "Love of Homeland" & was presented by Mr. Ahmed Algusm Branch Manager of Ras Al Khaimah of UAE federation and authors. Poet Matar Ramadan was also hosted, & presented a number of poems that was in its forefront (Love of Homeland).

Her Excellency Dr. Aisha bent Butti bin Bishr, Assistant Undersecretary of the Support Affairs Services section said: "We are proud of the Ministry of Labor sharing with us the joy of home fortieth anniversary, which comes this year in a different and more comprehensive form to cope with this dear event to the hearts of the citizens and residents of the State of Emirates. Along with & as a continuation of the Grand National wedding, we have organized events and offers in line with the spirit of the Union through Ras Al Khaimah’s Office Department of Labor where a variety of events were presented & participants highlighted the culture and traditions of the United Arab Emirates and the historical development of the state added to the extent of love and loyalty which the citizens hold to their country and their wise leadership. The participants emphasized the depth of national unity which formed bridges for the wheels of progress and prosperity in the state since the establishment of the Union. "

At the end of the ceremony, participants were honored.

It should be noted that the events will be held in different work offices on the state level and also encounter "in addition to the activities of community, visits to each of Saqr Hospital and the Handicapped Center in Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah Hospital, Sharjah City of Humanitarian Services and Khor Fakkan Hospital.
